Product Description

The tail frame is a critical component of conveying equipment, such as scraper conveyors and belt conveyors, typically located at the rear end of the equipment.

Support and Guidance: Provides stable support for tail pulleys, redirecting pulleys, or sprocket shaft assemblies, ensuring smooth operation of the conveyor chain or belt. For example, the tail frame of a scraper conveyor utilizes an open chute design to enable automatic material loading, thereby preventing spillage.
Power Transmission: In a dual-drive system, the tail frame can be integrated with a transmission unit to drive the conveyor chain in conjunction with the head frame, thereby extending the equipment’s laying length (e.g., in a scraper conveyor with a dual-drive configuration, the laying length can reach 160 meters).
Structural stability: Constructed by welding high-strength materials such as manganese steel and 16Mn steel plates, it exhibits impact resistance and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for harsh operating conditions.
