Idler brackets typically consist of the following components:
Deflectable Roller Bracket : Allows the idler rollers to deflect within a certain range to accommodate the dynamic variations of the conveyor belt.
Support : Connects the support bracket to the conveyor frame, providing stable support.

The idler bracket secures the idler via a support base and a pin, ensuring stable operation while allowing the idler to freely pivot within a certain angular range to accommodate the dynamic deflection of the conveyor belt.
